1. Country of delivery:
For all orders on our website, we deliver to the following European countries: Mainland France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Austria.
2. Choice of delivery method:
In order to serve you in the best possible conditions, we offer you the possibility of choosing between different delivery services. Some delivery options will only be available depending on the total weight of your order.
For deliveries in France:
- Standard home delivery (up to a maximum of 30kg)
- Delivery to a pick-up point (up to a maximum of 20kg)
- Express delivery (up to a maximum of 30kg)
For deliveries in other European countries: :
- Home delivery (up to a maximum of 30kg)
- Delivery to a pick-up point (up to a maximum of 20kg)
Whatever the country of delivery, all orders exceeding 30kg will be delivered by carrier on an appointment basis.
3. Costs and services according to the delivery area:
The delivery costs invoiced for each order apply automatically and vary according to the delivery method chosen, the total weight of the order and the total amount of the order:
